Arboreto House - La Casa dell'Arboreto – is located at via Belvedere 217 in Vallinfante (870 m.), in the Comune of Castelsantangelo sul Nera, province of Macerata, in the heart of the Sybilline Mountains National Park.

Arboreto House is only 200 m. away from the source of the Nera river, at the start of Valle Infante, the paradise of deers, which is the starting point of various walkings-tracks leading to mount Prata, mount Cardosa, towards Passo Cattivo and mount Vettore.

How to get to Arboreto House

By car from Roma: A1 motorway Rome – Florence, exit at Orte then take the Orte – Spoleto superhighway, exit for Norcia – Cascia then after the tunnel take Valnerina State Highway (SS209) as far as Visso, from there follow the sign for Castelsantangelo sul Nera (km. 7), then for Vallinfante (signs for "sorgenti del Nera" (Nera springs) km. 2). Once you reach the Nera springs, drive uphill for m.200 keeping the village on your left: you've found us!

By car from the Adriatic coast: A14 motorway up to Civitanova Marche, then take the Val di Chienti Superhighway (SS77) towards Foligno up to Muccia, turn left at the AGIP petrol station, towards Visso, from there follow the sign for Castelsantangelo sul Nera (km. 7), then for Vallinfante (signs for "sorgenti del Nera" (Nera springs) km. 2). Once you reach the Nera springs, drive uphill for m.200 keeping the village on your left: you've found us!

By train: You can reach Castelsantangelo sul Nera by train via the following railway stations, after which you take a bus: Terni, Spoleto and Tolentino. From Castelsantangelo sul Nera we provide a free shuttle service for our guests, if arranged in advance.

By plane: The closest airport is that of Ancona –Falconara which connects with: London Stansted, Milan Malpensa, Munich, Moscow, Rome Fiumicino, Sharm-El-Sheik, Timisoara. From Ancona you can continue onwards by rental car, train or bus (see above).
