Arboreto House was originally part of an old convent.
The most recent restructuring works revealed an inscription that dates it back to 1600.
For at least five generations it has been the home of the family of Benedetta Terenzi, the mother of Mario Davidde, who runs the Bed & Breakfast together with his wife Carla.
The ground floor features an independent apartment consisting of a living room with open kitchen zone, bedroom and bathroom.
In front of the entrance there is a small garden with rose-beds, table and chairs, where guests can breakfast while enjoying the view of the mountains surrounding the village.
The apartment provides sleeping accomodation for four persons: two in the bedroom with its double bed, and two in the living-room on a divan-bed. By arrangement with other nearby B&Bs, accomodation can be provided for more than four persons.
The apartment is provided complete with sheets and towels. For their guests’ breakfast, Carla and Mario serve local products: jams, honey, milk, ring-cake and whatever the time of year and season have to offer.
